White River Animal Rescue’s mission is to provide Rescue and Medical services for dogs, and the occasional cat or rabbit, in need. We pride ourselves on educating potential, present and current pet owners on the commitment, complexity, and care required for companion animals to help reduce the overpopulation in America’s shelters.
